A family-oriented business, your hosts Kathy & Steve Ivancic strive to provide clean and modern accommodation. We have 20 spacious units, with air conditioning, high-speed Internet, TVs, and bar fridges. On our property is a heated hot tub, heated outdoor pool, patio, and a BBQ area.

Centennial Motel Guidelines
- For health reasons, building totally non-smoking and no pets allowed
- For fire safety - no cooking in motel units
- Amenities at our facility are provided for registered guests only, and therefore, no visitors are permitted during your stay
- Quiet time is 11 pm until 7 am
- Parking limited to 1 vehicle per unit
- Accommodation limited to single, couple or families with young children
- Credit card is required for all registrations. Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to checkin
- Checkin for motel units is 4 pm. Checkout 11 am
